Welcome to the brand new "On Line" home of County Communications, the home of two radio stations in Houlton , Maine. WHOU 100.1 FM and WBCQ FM 94.7

WHOU 100.1 FM has been a fixture in Aroostook County and Western New Brunswick for over fifty years. With a popular Adult Contempary format, featuring local news weather and sports. WHOU is also home to ABC News, Paul Harvey and Boston Red Sox Baseball.

WBCQ FM 94.7 is our newest venture. We started broadcasting in September of 2008 with a Classic Country format, which has been very popular. In addition to the great Country music, we are the exclusive home in Northern Maine for UMAINE sports broadcasts.
